I don’t know about you, but for me, this winter seems to be the longest ever. However, I don’t feel like I have a right to complain about it. It’s snowing non-stop and it’s beautiful – I guess we all agree on that. Yet I’m still longing for spring just so I could wear loafers without socks and put on sunglasses more often.
Layering is the only thing that makes dressing up in winter more fun. It is also what saves me from freezing and I can’t emphasize it enough. I’m very aware of the fact that it’s probably a 30th post where I mention the word ‘layers’ but it’s the most relevant thing at the moment and it will be until late March I guess. With this outfit, I really feel like I completely mastered the art of layering. I’m literally dressed like a woollen croissant and you don’t even see all the sheets here. Sooner or later in life we all tend to accept the fact that merino wool tights and a tee underneath make your life hundred times nicer. Sooner would be better, but, oh well, nobody is perfect.
